[recipe] 3 Ingredient Chocolate Almond Clusters

Milk Chocolate Almond Clusters

We all know it’s that time of year when the kiddos start bringing home the fundraiser chocolate bars: almond, crunchy or plain. Well, I am not sure about y’all but for me, the almonds seems to get smaller and smaller, less and less each year! Now, before you judge me, yes, I KNOW it’s fundraiser so of course, still give the babies your $20 bucks for one almond yet almondless chocolate bar. However, as for myself, I’ll be making these delicious milk chocolate almond clusters with WHOLE roasted almonds and a touch of sea salt that leaves the taste buds wanting more. As for you, I suggest you put that bar to the side and make batch for an easy chocolate lover’s diy gift!

Cluster and Let Set.
  1. Using a large spoon or tablespoon measuring scoop, place heaps of chocolate covered almonds on nonstick cookie sheet, preferably covered in parchment paper. You can let the clusters chill for a few hours at room temperature or in the fridge for 30 minutes.
